Niti brings more than 25 years of experience across Manhattan residential real estate, property management and complex transaction coordination.

Her experience includes managing matters for a portfolio of more than 3,500 condo/co-op units, reviewing board packages for sales and leases, coordinating applicant interviews, working with boards, attorneys and management teams, and supporting the closing process. For the last 25 years, she has been a New York and New Jersey real estate agent, giving her a practical understanding of the transaction from both the applicant’s, broker’s and board's perspective.

Niti founded Manhattan Board Package Prep to provide buyers and their professional advisors with the focused, personal support that board applications require. Her approach is meticulous, responsive and discreet, with careful attention to the complete story each application presents.
